1.5 tsp red chilli powder, salt 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tbsp, turmeric powder and cook for 5 mins approx.
Add beaten yoghurt and cook for 5 mins approx until oil separates on med flame.
Add kofta, water and whole green chillies ; cook on medium flame 20 mins approx..
Off flame, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and all spices powder.
